Personalised bamboo coasters are 100mm round or 90 x 90mm square coasters engraved with your own message, in FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256). They make a gift for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays or a new home, with no border, so the wording fills the coaster. Laser-engraved to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Choose round or square, then Pack of 1 or Pack of 6.
  2. Type your message in the personalisation box. The standard typeface is Garamond; tell us if you would prefer a different style.
  3. Add to basket.

Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout, per product: 10% off 20+, 15% off 50+, 20% off 100+, 25% off 250+, 30% off 500+ and 35% off 1,000+. The discount counts the quantity in your basket, so it applies to 20 or more of the Pack of 1 option; each pack counts as one item.

FAQ

Can I add a logo?
This design is text only and has no upload button. For a logo, see the engraved bamboo logo coasters, or the engraved border bamboo coaster, which takes a logo or text.

Bamboo or oak?
Bamboo is paler, so the engraving shows as a darker brown on a light surface. For a warmer tone, see the oak personalised wooden coasters.

Can each coaster in a pack have different text?
Yes. List the text for each coaster in the personalisation box, numbered in order.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Production & Delivery

All items are made to order.

Your estimated dispatch and delivery date is shown at checkout, based on current production times.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
