Personalised wooden coasters are oak coasters engraved with your own wording: names, a date, a short message or a quote. Choose 100mm round or 90 x 90mm square. This is our simplest text coaster, with no border, and a popular housewarming, anniversary or Christmas gift. Made from 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF with a Danish oil finish, laser-engraved to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Choose round or square, then Pack of 1 or Pack of 6.
  2. Type your wording in the personalisation box. The standard typeface is Garamond; tell us if you would prefer a different style.
  3. Add to basket.

Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout, per product: 10% off 20+, 15% off 50+, 20% off 100+, 25% off 250+, 30% off 500+ and 35% off 1,000+. The discount counts the quantity in your basket, so it applies to 20 or more of the Pack of 1 option; each pack counts as one item.

FAQ

Can I add a logo or a drawing?
This design is text only and has no upload button. To engrave an image, choose the round oak coaster with image upload, or for a business logo, our promotional logo coasters.

Can each coaster in a pack have different wording?
Yes. List the wording for each coaster in the personalisation box, numbered in order.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

β€’ Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

β€’ Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
