Frequently asked questions
Can I add the moving-in date or the house name?
Yes — put it on a second line in the personalisation box. Two short lines sit comfortably under the heading.
Can an estate agent order these for completions?
Yes — list one set of names per line in the personalisation box, we engrave them individually, and the automatic discount applies from 20 of the same product. Agents who want their own branding on the keyring use the estate agent keyrings instead.
Do you also do labelled house key tags?
Yes — the wooden house key tags come in 35 preset labels — Front Door, Back Door, Garage, Shed and more — or your own text, in untreated or Danish-oiled oak.
What other personalised keyring gifts do you make?
At 65×35mm in Danish-oiled oak: the personalised heart keyring, Japanese “I Love You” keyring, yoga keyrings, personalised cat keyring, sailing boat name keyring and sail number keyring. Also the 5th anniversary keyring, Best Dad and Best Grandad keyrings, Our New Home keyring, rabbit keyring, a 90mm round keyring for longer messages, and the personalised XL keyring.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
