A personalised First Christmas in Our New Home bauble, laser engraved with a house outline, the words "First Christmas in our new home", your names and the year. Cut from 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF, 100mm in diameter, with a jute loop for hanging. Hang it on your own tree in the first year in a new house, or give it as a housewarming gift to friends or family who have just moved. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

FAQ

Can I add our address?
Add a house name, house number or street name in the personalisation box and it is engraved with the names. A full postal address is too long to engrave clearly on a 100mm bauble.

Does it work for one person rather than a couple?
Yes. Put one name, or ask for "my new home" instead of "our new home" in the personalisation box. A family name such as "The Joneses" works too.

Can I order one for every new homeowner I deal with?
Yes. Estate agents, letting agents and developers can add the bauble once per household with each set of names. Bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 of the same product, rising to 35% at 1,000.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

Your estimated dispatch and delivery date is shown at checkout, based on current production times.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
