Personalised wooden table number signs for weddings — each one engraved with the couple's names, wedding date and table number, so every table has something that feels made for the day rather than hired from a supplier.

Made from oak veneered MDF and laser engraved in our workshop in Wales. Freestanding with a removable base. Available in two sizes, single or double-sided.

How to Order

Use the personalisation box to provide the couple's names, wedding date, and your list of table numbers — one per line. We'll engrave each sign individually. Choose your size and single or double-sided from the dropdown. Ordering 20 or more? Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout.

FAQ

Can each sign have a different table number?
Yes — list your table numbers in the personalisation box, one per line, and we'll engrave each one individually with the same couple's names and date.

Should I choose single or double-sided?
Double-sided means guests can read the table number from both sides — useful for larger tables or rooms where guests approach from different directions. Single-sided is fine for smaller, more intimate settings.

Can I use these for events other than weddings?
Yes — birthdays, christenings, corporate dinners and any seated event work well. Just use the personalisation box to specify what you'd like engraved instead of names and a date.

Do you make other wedding signs?
Yes — including Please Sign Our Guestbook signs, Gifts & Cards signs and our full wedding signs collection.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
