Both materials engrave cleanly and look beautiful as favours. Oak veneered MDF produces consistent, uniform results across a large batch — every coaster looks the same, which matters when 80 guests are comparing theirs. Bamboo shows natural grain variation, so each piece looks slightly different, which suits a more artisan or handmade aesthetic. Bamboo is FSC-certified. Both are plastic-free and come in plastic-free packaging.

How to order for a wedding

A few things worth knowing before you place a wedding order:

Check dispatch times before ordering. Every product page shows the current estimated dispatch date at checkout. Wedding dates are fixed — if you have a specific date, check the dispatch time and contact us if you need to confirm it will arrive in time. We'd rather be asked early than have a tight deadline that can't be met.

Order favours and save the dates together where possible. If you're using the same design across both, ordering at the same time ensures the material and finish are consistent.

Bulk discounts apply automatically. 10% off at 20 units, 15% off at 50, 20% off at 100, up to 35% off at 1,000. A reception of 80 guests ordering coaster favours comfortably qualifies for 15% off. No discount code needed — add your quantity to the basket and the price adjusts automatically.

Providing names. For favours with individual guest names, list each name in the personalisation box one per line, or upload a spreadsheet for larger guest lists. For signs, provide names, date and any specific wording in the personalisation box.

Logos and monograms. Most sign products have a logo upload button if you want a monogram, crest or motif included alongside the text.
