How do I send you my playlist?
Open your playlist in Spotify, Apple Music or similar, tap the menu (the three dots), choose Share, then Copy link — and paste it into the personalisation box.

What occasions is it good for?
It is popular for anniversaries, birthdays, retirements and long-distance relationships, or as a 5th (wood) anniversary keepsake.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
