A freestanding oak table sign for events and conferences, laser-engraved with any text and logo — delegate name plates, speaker and panel names, sponsor tables, reserved seating for VIPs, buffet labels and place settings. Two sizes, single or double-sided, with a removable wooden base so a set stacks flat between events. Order one per delegate or one per table; bulk discounts apply from 20 units. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order a different name on every sign?
Yes. List each name on its own line in the personalisation box; every sign is engraved individually and the bulk discount applies to the total quantity.

Single or double-sided for a conference table?
Double-sided for a delegate name plate on a boardroom or panel table, where the name should read from both the delegate's side and the room. Single-sided for a sign facing one way, such as a sponsor display at the back of a stand.

How is this different from the standard freestanding table sign?

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
