A personalised freestanding wooden table sign — laser engraved oak veneered MDF with your text and logo. Removable base for easy storage or repositioning. Two sizes, single or double-sided. Works for conferences, receptions, boardrooms, Airbnbs, retail, weddings and any setting where a clean, professional table sign is needed. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to Order

Use the logo upload button to send your logo (PNG or JPG, black and white gives the sharpest result). Use the personalisation box to provide the text you'd like engraved. Choose your size and single or double-sided from the dropdown. Bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units at checkout.

FAQ

What's the difference between single and double-sided?
Single-sided has engraving on one face only. Double-sided has the same content engraved on both faces — useful if the sign will be seen from both directions, such as on a conference table or reception desk where people approach from either side.

Can I have different content on each side?
Yes — specify what you'd like on each face in the personalisation box.

Which size is right for a conference table name plate?
Standard (128×84mm) works well as a name plate or delegate sign. Large (199×126mm) suits a more prominent display — department signs, directional signs, or anywhere the sign needs to carry a bit further.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
