Oak veneer freestanding table signs personalised with your text and logo — designed for restaurant and café tables, hotel reception desks, conference tables, event place settings and office counters. Made from eco-friendly oak veneered MDF with a removable flat-pack base, handcrafted in Wales. Available in two sizes, single or double-sided.

How to order

  2. Describe what you want on the sign in the personalisation box — your text, instructions, table number or messaging
  3. Upload your logo using the logo button — black and white works best, but colour logos can usually be converted
  4. Add to cart — bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units

Sizes

  • Standard 74 x 112mm — ideal for café tables, till points and smaller counter displays
  • Large 115 x 168mm — better visibility for restaurant tables, conference settings and reception desks

The base is removable and flat-pack — easy to store, transport and set up.

Anything — table numbers, menu links, WiFi details, welcome messages, event branding, business names, opening hours, policies or promotions. If you need a QR code on the sign, provide the URL in the personalisation box and we’ll generate it for you.

Can each sign have different content?
Yes — if you need different text on each sign (e.g. different table numbers), list them in the personalisation box or contact us for large variable orders.

Is the design service free?
Yes — describe what you want and upload your logo and we handle the layout at no extra cost.

Are bulk discounts available?
Yes — applied automatically at checkout from 20 units: 10% off at 20, 15% off at 50, 20% off at 100, 25% off at 250, 30% off at 500, 35% off at 1,000.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
