Oak veneer QR code name badges paired with eco-friendly recycled lanyards — name, job title, logo and QR code all on one face for clean, simple staff identification with instant digital interaction. Made from 4mm oak veneered MDF, laser-engraved to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Upload your logo using the logo upload button — black and white works best.
  2. Enter staff names, job titles and the QR code URL in the personalisation box, one per line.
  3. For orders of 10 or more badges, you can upload a spreadsheet of names instead — use the Names Spreadsheet upload button and download our template here. This is optional but saves time on larger orders.
  4. Add to basket — bulk discounts apply from 20 units.

FAQ

What's the difference between single and double-sided?
Single-sided puts name, role, logo and QR code on one face. The double-sided version puts the QR code on the reverse, keeping the front cleaner.

Can each badge have a different QR code?
Yes — list each name and URL separately in the personalisation box, or upload a spreadsheet for larger orders.

Are bulk discounts available?
Yes — 10% at 20, up to 35% at 1,000. Applied automatically at checkout.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
