Oak veneer QR code name badges paired with eco-friendly recycled lanyards — combining clear staff identification with a scannable QR code that links to a LinkedIn profile, website, contact page or digital business card. Double-sided portrait format: name, role and logo on one side, QR code on the reverse. Made from 4mm oak veneered MDF, laser-engraved to order, handcrafted in Wales.

What can the QR code link to?
Anything with a URL — LinkedIn profiles, personal websites, digital business cards, contact pages, company websites or social media profiles. Very popular for networking events, conferences and exhibitions.
Can each badge have a different QR code?
Yes — if each person’s badge needs to link to their own profile or page, list each name and URL separately in the personalisation box or contact us for large orders.
Can each badge have a different name?
Yes — list all names and job titles at checkout, one per line. We engrave each badge individually.
Is the design service free?
Yes — upload your logo and provide your wording and we handle the layout at no extra cost.
Do you offer a single-sided version?
Yes — see our single-sided QR code badge with lanyard if you only need the QR code on one side.
Are bulk discounts available?
Yes — applied automatically at checkout from 20 units: 10% off at 20, 15% off at 50, 20% off at 100, 25% off at 250, 30% off at 500, 35% off at 1,000.

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
