How to order
- Choose single or double-sided — for double-sided, add your school slogan in the personalisation box.
- Use the logo upload button to upload your school logo.
- Enter staff names and job titles in the personalisation box, one per line.
- Ordering for a group? This is the simplest way — upload your list of names as a spreadsheet in the Names Spreadsheet field below (download our template here), then add your total quantity to the basket. No need to type each name individually.

How is this different from your standard staff name badge?
This version is built specifically for schools — it's sized for a school logo and slogan, includes a double-sided option so a slogan can go on the reverse, and is tagged for safeguarding/breakaway compliance out of the box. Our other staff badges are aimed at general workplaces rather than schools specifically.
Can nursery and support staff use these too?
Yes — the format works for any school staff role, not just teachers.

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
