Frequently asked questions

Standard Text or Custom Text — what is the difference?
Standard Text engraves "Welcome — Enjoy Your Stay" exactly as pictured, with nothing to fill in. Custom Text replaces it with whatever you put in the personalisation box — a property name, a Welsh "Croeso", or a longer greeting on the larger sizes. Both cost the same.

Can it go outside on the front door?
It is an indoor sign — oak veneered MDF will mark in rain. Hang it inside the entrance, on an internal door or in the hallway guests walk into.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
