Frequently asked questions
Should I engrave the key safe code on a sign guests can see?
Only if the sign hangs inside the property. A safer pattern is to engrave the host phone number and emergency details here and send the key safe code in the booking message, so the code can be changed between guests without replacing the sign.
Can I change the welcome line?
Yes — the personalisation box takes any wording. "Croeso" for Welsh properties, the property name, or a plain "Welcome" with the contact lines beneath all work at Medium size and above.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
