A personalised wooden information sign for rental properties, holiday lets, Airbnbs, B&Bs and guest houses. Laser engraved with whatever your guests need to know — bin days, checkout instructions, WiFi details, emergency contacts, pet rules, parking, noise policy, or anything else specific to your property.

Made from oak veneered MDF in our workshop in Wales. Two sizes, single or double-sided. The double-sided option is useful if the sign will be seen from both sides — on a table or breakfast bar, for example.

Use the personalisation box to tell us exactly what you'd like engraved — paste in your text as you want it to appear, including any headings or sections. FAQ

How much text can fit on the sign?
It depends on the size and how the text is laid out. The large size (115×168mm) fits considerably more than the standard. As a guide, a standard Airbnb checkout list of 6–8 short lines fits comfortably on the large size. If you're unsure, share your text in the personalisation box and we'll let you know if it needs adjusting.

Should I choose single or double-sided?
Single-sided is fine if the sign will sit against a wall or in a corner. Double-sided is worth it if guests will approach from both directions — on a kitchen island, dining table, or hallway console, for example.

Can I include a logo or property name at the top?
Yes — use the logo upload button to send us your logo, or just tell us the property name in the personalisation box and we'll engrave it as a header.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
