Can each badge have a different name and job title?
Yes — list each person’s details in the personalisation box at checkout, one per line. We engrave each badge individually. No need to place separate orders.
Should I choose magnetic or pin?
Magnetic is the most popular choice for retail, hospitality and office environments — it doesn’t damage clothing and holds securely. Pin only is a practical choice for events or situations where cost per badge matters. Note: magnetic attachment is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes — upload your logo using the logo button. PNG or JPG files work best. Black and white artwork gives the sharpest engraving result, though colour logos can usually be converted. A simple, clear logo works best at this size.
Are bulk discounts available?
Yes — applied automatically at checkout from 20 units: 10% off at 20, 15% off at 50, 20% off at 100, 25% off at 250, 30% off at 500, 35% off at 1,000.
Do you offer other name badge sizes?
Yes — see our full wooden name badge range for other sizes and shapes including 75×25mm slim badges, larger 75×40mm formats, and bamboo options. Also worth looking at our school badges and lanyards for education-specific badge needs.
We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
