Refresh & Renew door hangers

The Oak Hotel Door Hangers — Refresh & Renew use alternative wording on the clean side: Please Do Not Disturb on one face, Refresh & Renew on the other. This phrasing is common in boutique hotels and spas where the tone is deliberately warmer and less transactional than standard housekeeping language.

Bamboo door hangers

The Bamboo Hotel Door Hangers are the FSC-certified alternative for properties with sustainability commitments — particularly relevant for hotels pursuing green certification or eco-tourism credentials. What to provide when ordering

Your property name and logo. We handle the layout using our free templated design service. Upload a PNG or JPG of your logo — black and white artwork gives the sharpest engraving result. Bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units.

Room key tags

A wooden room key tag is one of the easiest upgrades a hotel can make. Guests carry the key tag for their entire stay, it sits on the bedside table or in their pocket, and it represents the property every time they see it. A well-made wooden tag with a room number and property name engraved cleanly looks significantly more considered than a plastic fob.

Standard room key tags

The Custom Wooden Room Keyrings give more flexibility on layout — available untreated or Danish oiled, with custom text including room name, number, floor, or any combination.

XL room key tags

The Hotel Keyrings — XL 200×80mm are a large-format tag designed to be difficult to pocket accidentally — a practical consideration for hotels where guests frequently walk out with keys. The size also gives more space for branding, room number, and any house rules text.

Standard room number keyrings

The Hotel Room Number Keyrings — budget range are a more economical option for properties fitting out a large number of rooms. Engraved with room number, clean and functional.

All key tags are made to order. For a property with 20 rooms, order 20 tags with incrementing room numbers — list them in the personalisation box or upload a spreadsheet.

QR code signs for hotels

Menu and ordering signs

For hotels with restaurants, bars or room service, a QR code sign pointing to your digital menu removes the need for printed menus in every room. Ordering for a full property

Most hotel orders involve multiple product types — a set of key tags, door hangers, WiFi signs and a review sign. The most efficient approach is to order all products at once with consistent branding across them. Provide your logo once in the order notes if you're placing multiple orders, and we'll use the same file across all products.

Bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units: 10% off at 20, 15% off at 50, 20% off at 100. A 30-room hotel ordering one key tag and one door hanger per room would qualify for the 15% tier on both products. For multi-site hotel groups, get in touch to discuss requirements.
