Can each medal have a different name or position?
Yes — for example 1st, 2nd, 3rd place or individual athlete names. Provide the list of personalisation details at checkout or contact us for large variable orders.
Do you offer a free design service?
Yes — all medals and trophies include our free templated design service. For fully bespoke designs with custom logos, upload your artwork at checkout and we'll handle the rest.
What ribbon colours are available?
We offer multiple ribbon colours including red, blue, green and gold. Select your preferred colour when adding to cart.
Are bulk discounts available for mixed products?
Bulk discounts apply per product line — 20 or more of the same product unlocks 10% off, increasing up to 35% at 1,000 units.
How long does production take?
Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. For large event orders please contact us in advance to confirm lead times.
