A cashless payments sign laser-engraved on FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF, with a bordered icon design that sits more like a piece of considered counter signage than a printed notice. For restaurants, bars, boutiques and hospitality venues that want their payment policy to match a design-led interior. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

Frequently asked questions
Single or double sided — which should I choose?
Double sided is useful when your sign can be seen from both directions — for example on a bar top approached from either side, or a till point facing both staff and customers.
Is there a simpler, text-only version?
Yes — the Cashless Payments Only Sign, a plain-text freestanding sign with custom wording, better suited to cafés and market stalls. This framed design is fixed and cannot be personalised.
Where should the sign go in a restaurant or bar?
Where it is read before the order — the door, the bar top or the menu stand, not only the card machine. A cashless policy discovered when the bill arrives is the one customers argue about.
Do you do bulk orders for multi-site venues?
Yes — bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units: 10% off at 20, 15% at 50, 20% at 100, and more at higher quantities.

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
