Can I change the wording?

Yes — add your preferred text in the personalisation box at checkout. Common alternatives include "Card and Contactless Only", "No Cash Please", "We Do Not Accept Cash" and "Cashless Business — Card Payments Only."

Single or double sided — which should I choose?

Double sided is useful when your sign can be seen from both directions — for example on a counter where customers approach from either end, or on a market stall where the sign faces both the customer queue and the passing footfall.

What is the difference between this and the Card Payments Only sign?

The Card Payments Only sign uses slightly different wording that emphasises card as the payment method rather than the absence of cash. Both communicate the same policy. The Cashless Payments Only sign is a better fit if your branding uses "cashless" as the term, while Card Payments Only suits businesses that want to emphasise acceptance of card and contactless specifically.

Do you do bulk orders for multi-site businesses?

Yes — bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units: 10% off at 20, 15% at 50, 20% at 100, and more at higher quantities. Suitable for café chains, market operators, multi-branch retailers and event caterers.

Can I add my logo?

We can engrave a black and white logo alongside the payment wording — add your logo to the personalisation box or contact us after ordering with your artwork. Logos work best in black and white; colour logos can usually be converted.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
