Type of Finish

Oak wooden keyrings laser-engraved with your company logo — 90×25mm, made from 4mm oak veneered MDF. Available in natural or Danish oil finish. A cost-effective promotional and hospitality keyring for hotels, B&Bs, businesses, clubs and corporate gifting. Each keyring carries your logo on the front and can include a room number, name or short text. Bulk orders welcome. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Choose your finish — natural untreated oak or Danish oil
  2. Use the logo upload button to upload your logo — black and white works best for engraving
  3. Add any room numbers, names or text in the personalisation box
  4. Add to basket — bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Production & Delivery

All items are made to order.

Your estimated dispatch and delivery date is shown at checkout, based on current production times.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
