Frequently asked questions

Can I add a logo as well as text?
Yes — use the logo upload button. At 90×25mm a logo sits best beside one short line of text. If the logo is the main feature, the custom logo oak keyrings are laid out logo-first at the same size. Colour or black and white both work. We will convert your logo for engraving. If there is a problem, we will get in touch.

Do you offer a Danish oil finish?
Yes — see the hotel room number keyrings which offer a natural or Danish oil option in the same size.

What if I need a bigger tag for a key cabinet or a master key?
The personalised XL oak keyring is 200×80mm — large enough to read across a room and hard to pocket by mistake. For a mid-size tag, the 65×35mm double-sided keyrings take text on both faces.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
