Can you work from vector logo files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF)?
Yes — vector files give the sharpest engraving result on coasters and are preferred for logos with fine detail or thin lines. Upload via the logo button at checkout, or email the file to us with your order reference. JPG and PNG are also accepted.
Do you issue invoices or accept purchase orders?
Yes — we issue a VAT invoice on dispatch. If your organisation requires a purchase order number on the invoice, include it in the note at checkout and we will add it. For organisations that need a formal quote before raising a PO, contact us and we'll turn around a quote promptly.
What are the lead times for large bulk coaster orders?
Current production lead times are shown at checkout on each product. For orders of 100+ units we recommend allowing 2–3 weeks. For orders of 500+ units, get in touch before ordering so we can confirm the timeline and advise on the best product for your quantity.
What are the eco credentials for CSR reporting?
Our bamboo coasters use FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256) — a verified sustainably sourced material that can be cited in CSR and sustainability reporting. Oak veneer coasters use recycled wood fibre MDF. No plastic packaging is used in despatch.
Do I need to provide my own QR code?
No — just provide the URL you want the QR code to point to at checkout and we generate and engrave it for you.
Can I add my business logo to the coaster?
Yes — all coasters can include your logo alongside any QR code or text using our free templated design service.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order — you can order a single coaster. Bulk discounts start from 20 units and are applied automatically at checkout.
Are the coasters suitable for wet glasses?
Our coasters are engraved rather than printed so the design will not wash off. Oak veneer coasters are best treated with Danish oil for regular hospitality use — a Danish oil finish option is available at checkout on selected products.
