Pack Size

An employee recognition vinyl record coaster is a 100mm oak coaster engraved like a record, with an award title and the employee’s name on the centre label and your logo if you want it: a desk-sized thank-you for Employee of the Month, a team milestone or a staff awards night. It is 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF with a Danish oil finish, laser-engraved to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Choose Pack of 1, 6 or 12.
  2. Upload your logo with the logo upload button, if you want one. Black and white artwork engraves most clearly.
  3. In the personalisation box, type the award title and the name, for example “Top of the Charts 2026, Priya Shah”. For several people, list each award and name on its own line.
  4. Add to basket.

Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout, per product: 10% off 20+, 15% off 50+, 20% off 100+, 25% off 250+, 30% off 500+ and 35% off 1,000+. The discount counts the quantity in your basket and each pack counts as one item, so 20 single coasters or 20 packs reach 10% off.

FAQ

Can each coaster in a pack have a different name?
Yes. List each award title and name on its own line in the personalisation box, in the order you want them.

Can I use a colour logo?
Usually. The laser engraves in one tone, so a colour logo is converted to black and white; our free design service sets it out and you can ask for a proof in the personalisation box.

Is there a bigger staff award?
Yes, the Employee Recognition Hero Trophy stands on a desk or shelf.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
