Pack Size Pack of 1 Pack of 6 Coasters Pack of 12 Coasters

A branded vinyl record coaster is a 100mm oak coaster engraved like a record, with your logo on the centre label and a line of text such as a business name, launch date or anniversary: a promotional coaster for record shops, music venues, bars, studios and radio stations, or a milestone gift for any company. It is 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF with a Danish oil finish, laser-engraved to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

Choose Pack of 1, 6 or 12.
Upload your logo with the logo upload button. Black and white artwork engraves most clearly.
Add any text in the personalisation box, for example “Est. 2016” or “10 Years On Air”.
Add to basket.

Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout, per product: 10% off 20+, 15% off 50+, 20% off 100+, 25% off 250+, 30% off 500+ and 35% off 1,000+. The discount counts the quantity in your basket and each pack counts as one item, so 20 single coasters or 20 packs reach 10% off.

FAQ

What logo file works best?
A black and white logo gives the crispest result, because the laser engraves in one tone. Colour logos can usually be converted by our free design service; ask for a proof in the personalisation box if you would like to see it first.

How is this different from a plain branded coaster?
The record grooves make it the design rather than just a carrier for the logo, which suits music businesses. For a plain logo coaster, see the branded oak coaster.

Can I order blank coasters?
No. Every coaster is engraved to order with your design.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
