A wooden food allergy sign for cafés, restaurants, pubs and food businesses — laser engraved with a clear notice prompting customers with allergies or intolerances to speak to staff before ordering. Freestanding with a removable base, so it sits on a counter or table without any fixings.

Made from oak veneered MDF in our workshop in Wales. Available in two sizes, single or double-sided.

What does the standard wording say?
The sign reads: "Food Allergy or Intolerance? If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please let a member of staff know before ordering." This covers the standard allergy notice requirement for food businesses.

Can I change the wording?

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
