A Follow Us on Instagram QR code oak sign for reception desks, cafΓ©s and events β A5 or A4 landscape, with or without an optional flat-pack stand. Customers scan to go straight to your Instagram profile. We generate the QR code from your link. Made from FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF in our workshop in North Wales.
How to order
- Choose your size and stand option
- Enter your Instagram link in the Web link your QR code should open field (see below for how to find it)
- Add to basket β bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units
To find your Instagram link: On mobile β open the Instagram app, tap your profile, tap Share Profile, tap the box twice until it says IMAGE, tap Copy Link. On desktop β go to Settings, click QR Code, download the QR code and send it to us in a message after ordering.

Do I have to make the QR code myself?
No. Add your Instagram link in the Web link field and we generate the code for you.
Does it only work for Instagram?
No. It works for Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or any social media profile.
Which Instagram sign is this?
The reception-desk size. For a till or cafΓ© table choose the desk-size freestanding sign or the landscape Instagram QR code stand; for a window or busy counter the XL 164Γ245mm sign.

Our products are made from natural materials, including:
β’ Oak veneered MDF β ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
β’ Bamboo β more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
