Frequently asked questions

Do I have to make the QR code myself?
No. Add your Instagram link or handle in the Web link field and we generate the code for you.

Does it only work for Instagram?
No. It works for Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or any social media profile; for several, point the code at a Linktree-style page.

Do I need XL?
XL is for windows, bars and busy counters where the sign must be read at a distance. On a till or café table the desk-size sign is the usual choice.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
