How to Order

Paste your Instagram profile URL into the personalisation box at checkout - we generate the QR code from your link. Use the logo upload button to send us your logo. Choose your size and whether you want single or double-sided from the variants. Bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units - ideal for multi-table venues and events.

FAQs

What URL should I provide? Your Instagram profile URL - for example instagram.com/yourbusinessname. We generate the QR code from that link so customers are taken directly to your profile when they scan.

What's the difference between single and double-sided? Single-sided has your QR code and Instagram handle on the front only. Double-sided adds engraving on the reverse - ideal for adding your logo, website or a short message so the sign works from both sides.

Can I add my logo? Yes - upload it using the logo upload button. Black and white artwork gives the crispest result. We'll let you know if any adjustments are needed.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
