Frequently asked questions

Can I add my logo to the slim sign?

No — this format takes text only, with no logo upload button. For a logo on an Open and Closed sign, choose the personalised Open and Closed sign (oak, four sizes, logo upload).

How big is the slim sign compared with the standard one?

The slim sign is 103 × 34mm at the smallest and 270 × 90mm at the largest. The standard Open and Closed sign is taller, from 102 × 74mm to 270 × 190mm.

Is there a bamboo version?

Yes — the slim bamboo Open Closed sign is the same format in FSC-certified Moso bamboo, with the standard wording only.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
