These personalised oak coasters are 100mm round coasters engraved with your text or with an image you upload: a family crest, a house sketch, a child's drawing or a club logo. Made from 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF with a Danish oil finish, laser-engraved to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Choose Pack of 1 or Pack of 6.
  2. Type any wording in the personalisation box.
  3. To engrave an image, upload it with the logo upload button — colour or black and white, we will convert it.
  4. Add to basket.

Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout, per product: 10% off 20+, 15% off 50+, 20% off 100+, 25% off 250+, 30% off 500+ and 35% off 1,000+. The discount counts the quantity in your basket, so it applies to 20 or more of the Pack of 1 option; each pack counts as one item.

FAQ

What kind of image engraves well?
Line drawings, crests and logos with clear black and white areas. Colour or black and white both work. We will convert your image for engraving. If there is a problem, we will get in touch. Ask for a proof in the personalisation box if you would like to see it first.

I only need text. Which coaster?
This one works, or the personalised wooden coasters come in round or square for text only.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
