Frequently asked questions
Is there a counter version?
Yes — the Please Pay Here freestanding sign in two sizes with a removable base, or the XL freestanding version at 164×235mm. Both take a logo upload; this hanging sign takes custom text only.
Which size is best above a till?
The Medium (158×115mm) is the most common — visible to customers approaching the till without taking up the wall. Large or XL for a long counter or a busy shop.
Can I add a logo?
Not on this hanging version — choose one of the freestanding Please Pay Here signs, which have a logo upload button.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
