Which Please Pay Here format do I need?

This is the standard counter sign. The XL version is 164×235mm for a long or busy counter; the hanging version goes on the wall above the till in four sizes.

Should I choose single or double-sided?

Double-sided on an island counter or stall where customers approach from both directions; single-sided against the till.

Can I pair it with a payment-policy sign?

Yes — the Cash Preferred and Card Payments Only signs use the same freestanding format and sizes, so they sit together on a counter.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
