Frequently asked questions

Do I need to provide a QR code?
No — just provide the URL you want the code to link to and we generate and engrave the QR code for you.

Can I update the menu URL after ordering?
Static QR codes are permanent once engraved. If your menu URL may change, use a dynamic QR link (e.g. via a URL shortener) that can be updated without reordering the sign.

Should I choose single or double-sided?
Double-sided is worth it if the sign sits on an open table approached from both directions. Single-sided is fine for signs against a wall or in a corner.

Are bulk discounts available?
Yes — 10% off at 20 units, up to 35% off at 1,000. Applied automatically at checkout. Most restaurant table fit-outs hit the 20-unit threshold easily.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
