An oak veneer QR code sign personalised with your logo and a custom QR code — designed to sit on counters, tables and reception desks and direct customers straight to your website, Google reviews, menu, booking page or social media with a simple scan. Made from eco-friendly oak veneered MDF, handcrafted in Wales. Available in two sizes, single or double-sided, with a flat-pack interlocking stand.

How to order

  1. Choose your size and single or double-sided option from the variants above
  2. Upload your logo using the logo button — black and white works best, but colour logos can usually be converted
  3. Add the URL you want the QR code to link to in the personalisation box at checkout
  4. Add to cart — we generate the QR code and handle the design

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to provide my own QR code?
No — just provide the URL you want the QR code to link to at checkout and we generate and engrave it for you.

What can the QR code link to?
Anything with a URL — Google review pages, digital menus, Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, your website, booking systems or contact pages.

Will the QR code work permanently?
Yes — the QR code is engraved permanently and will scan reliably for the lifetime of the sign. If you change the URL it links to, the engraved code cannot be updated. If you need a dynamic QR code that can be redirected, contact us before ordering.

What’s the difference between this and the solid oak QR blocks?
This sign is made from oak veneered MDF with a flat-pack stand — lighter, thinner and more cost-effective for high-quantity orders. Our solid oak QR code blocks are 20mm thick solid oak — heavier, more premium and ideal for restaurant tables where a substantial feel matters.

Are bulk discounts available?
Yes — applied automatically at checkout from 20 units: 10% off at 20, 15% off at 50, 20% off at 100, 25% off at 250, 30% off at 500, 35% off at 1,000.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
