Can I change the wording to something other than Staff Only?
Yes — type your full replacement wording in the personalisation box at checkout and that text will be engraved instead.
Can you add our company logo?
Yes. Upload a black-and-white version of your logo using the logo upload button at checkout. Colour logos are usually convertible — include your file and we will confirm before cutting.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Bulk discounts are applied automatically at checkout: 10% from 20 units, 15% from 50, 20% from 100, 25% from 250.
Which size should I choose?
The Medium (158×53mm) is the most popular for a standard door or wall. Choose Large or XL for higher-traffic areas where visibility matters more.

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
