Two house-shaped oak keyrings engraved with estate agent branding

Branded Keyrings for Estate & Letting Agents: A Buyer's Guide

Branded keyrings are one of the most practical marketing items an estate or letting agency can hand out: every set of keys handed over at a completion or move-in carries your logo, phone number and website with it, and stays in the buyer's or tenant's pocket for years. Ours are laser-engraved FSC-certified oak veneered MDF, made to order in North Wales, with bulk discounts from 20 of the same product.

This guide covers what to put on the keyring, which size to choose, how pricing works for a branch or a multi-branch agency, and the difference between a handover keyring and a key cabinet tag. To go straight to the products, see estate agent keyrings.

Why estate and letting agents use branded keyrings

A keyring stays in daily use — on a key ring, in a pocket, on a hook by the door — for as long as the keys are in use. For an agency, that means your branding travels with every set of keys you hand out: at completion, at move-in and when a landlord collects a spare set. It is a low-cost, durable alternative to paper key tags or printed plastic fobs, and the engraving cannot rub off.

What to put on the keyring

Most agencies engrave three things: the agency logo, a phone number and a website. Upload the logo with the logo upload button and add the text in the personalisation box. Black and white artwork gives the cleanest result; colour logos are usually convertible as part of our free design service.

Keep the property address off any keyring that leaves with the keys — a lost key with an address on it tells the finder which door it opens. Our guide to key tags, labelling systems and key security for agencies explains the code-based alternative.

Choosing a size and shape

Ordering for a branch or a multi-branch agency

Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout, counted on the quantity of the same product — no code needed:

  • 20+ of the same product — 10% off
  • 50+ — 15% off
  • 100+ — 20% off
  • 250+ — 25% off
  • 500+ — 30% off
  • 1,000+ — 35% off

For several branches using the same design, order the full quantity of that product in one basket to reach the highest tier — separate branch orders each qualify for a lower tier on their own.

Handover keyring or key cabinet tag?

A handover keyring is a branded keepsake that leaves with the buyer or tenant. A key cabinet tag stays in the office and identifies a set of keys by code. They are different products: for the office side, see the 80×20mm personalised wooden key tags and our guide to wooden key tags for key cabinets.

All items are made to order. Dispatch time is shown at checkout. UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24. International via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Frequently asked questions

Can I upload our agency logo?
Yes — use the logo upload button when you order. Black and white artwork gives the cleanest engraving; colour logos are usually convertible as part of our free design service.

Do you offer bulk discounts for agencies?
Yes — discounts apply automatically from 20 of the same product, rising to 35% off at 1,000. No discount code is needed.

Can we order different text for different branches?
Yes. Each keyring is engraved individually, so list each branch name or phone number in the personalisation box with the quantity for each. Every keyring of the same product counts towards the discount.

Is the keyring a giveaway or an internal key tag?
It can be both, but keeping them separate is safer: a branded keyring handed to buyers and tenants, and a code-only tag for the office key cabinet, so that nothing on a lost office key identifies the property.

What is the estate agent keyring made from?
FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF with a metal split ring — no plastic parts.
