A coaster sits in front of every customer for the length of a drink. Engraving is cut into the surface rather than printed on it, so a logo or QR code does not peel or rub off with use.

Materials and certification
-
Oak: 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF with a Danish oil finish. Warm tone, consistent engraving across a large batch.
-
Bamboo: FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate BV-COC-190523). Paler than oak, so the engraving shows darker; natural grain varies piece to piece.
-
Slate: natural slate. Heavier, with a stone texture; the engraving shows pale grey against the dark surface.
Orders are dispatched without plastic packaging.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell wholesale or blank coasters?
No. Every coaster is engraved to order with your design; we do not supply blanks. Bulk pricing applies automatically from 20 of the same product, up to 35% off at 1,000.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single coaster, which is a simple way to check the engraving before a larger order.
Do I need to make the QR code myself?
No. Give us the web address at checkout and we generate and engrave the QR code.
Which material suits a bar or restaurant?
Slate gives the strongest contrast on a dim table and feels heavy in the hand. Oak and bamboo are lighter and lower in cost per coaster; both are FSC-certified, and the bamboo certificate is BV-COC-190523.
Can every coaster carry a different name or table number?
Yes. Order the quantity you need and list the wording for each coaster in the personalisation box, numbered in order.
