Custom oak round coasters are 100mm coasters engraved with either your logo or your own text, so one order can mix both: a logo set for reception, plus a name on each coaster for a team or an event table. Made from 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF with a Danish oil finish, laser-engraved to order in our workshop in North Wales.
How to order
- Choose Pack of 1 or Pack of 6.
- Upload your logo with the logo upload button, or type your text in the personalisation box.
- For a mixed order, list which coasters carry the logo and which carry text, numbered in order.
- Add to basket.
Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout, per product: 10% off 20+, 15% off 50+, 20% off 100+, 25% off 250+, 30% off 500+ and 35% off 1,000+. The discount counts the quantity in your basket, so it applies to 20 or more of the Pack of 1 option; each pack counts as one item.

Can I mix logo and text coasters in one order?
Yes. Add the quantity you need, upload the logo, and list in the personalisation box which coasters get the logo and which get names or messages.
Is there a square version?
Yes, the custom oak square coaster is 90 x 90mm in the same oak.
Which oak logo coaster should I choose?
Choose this one for mixed logo and text orders. For a logo with a line of text on every coaster, the branded oak coaster is laid out for that; promotional logo coasters offer round or square on one page.

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Our products are made from natural materials, including:
β’ Oak veneered MDF β ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
β’ Bamboo β more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
