Most school orders are a bauble per pupil, bought by a teacher or a PTA at the end of the autumn term. Upload the class list as a spreadsheet on the product page rather than typing each name, set the quantity to the number of pupils, and add to basket.

Frequently asked questions
How do we send a class list?
Upload a spreadsheet with one name per row on the product page. Spell names exactly as they should be engraved — we engrave what is in the file.
Can a PTA order for the whole school?
Yes. Order each class as a separate line with its own spreadsheet, or one spreadsheet with a column for class. Quantities across the same product combine for the bulk discount.
When should a school order for the end of term?
The current dispatch time is shown at checkout. A whole-school order takes longer than a single bauble, so order as early in the term as the names are settled.
