FAQ
What kind of drawing works best?
Bold, single-line drawings in black felt tip or biro. Pencil, crayon shading and light colours engrave faintly or not at all. If the drawing is in pencil, trace it in black pen first.
Can I have it without the Welsh greeting?
Yes โ the design-your-own bauble is the same product with your text in place of Nadolig Llawen.
Do you make these for a whole class?
Yes. Add the product once per child, each with its own upload and name, or add a note in the personalisation box and we will confirm the simplest way to send a class set of drawings.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
โข Oak veneered MDF โ ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
โข Bamboo โ more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
