Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the other friendship signs?
This is a single-size square plaque with space for a longer quote or message. The personalised friendship sign is rectangular, comes in four sizes and offers ten quotes, and the Friends Are Like Stars sign adds your friend’s name to one fixed quote.
Can I engrave a poem?
Yes — type it in the personalisation box. For a longer poem in a framed layout, the personalised poem and message sign (198 × 195mm) is designed for it.
What could I write instead of the standard quote?
The date you met, a shared memory, a line only the two of you will understand, or a few words of encouragement. Type it exactly as you want it engraved, including capital letters and punctuation.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
