A custom QR code stand laser-engraved with your logo, a short line of your own text and a QR code that opens any link. The 150 × 70mm landscape panel is two layers of FSC-certified oak veneered MDF (8mm thick), held upright by a slot-in tab stand at the back. The text sits above the code and tells customers what scanning does, such as "Scan to pay", "Scan for our menu", "Leave us a review" or "Book your next visit". Sized for café tables, tills, reception desks, salon counters and market stalls. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Use the logo upload button to upload your logo. Colour logos are fine: we convert them, and if there is a problem we will get in touch
  2. Add the link you want the QR code to open in the Web link your QR code should open field. We generate the code
  3. Type the words to go above the code in the personalisation box, such as "Scan to pay". Short wording fits the space best
  4. Add to basket. Bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units of this product

Specifications

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the wooden QR code stand?
It is the same stand, laid out with a line of your own text above the code so people know what the code does before they scan. The wooden QR code stand is laid out for your logo and the code. For Instagram, the Instagram QR code stand has "Follow Us On Instagram" above the code.

What should my text say?
Name what happens when someone scans: "Scan to pay" for a payment link, "Scan for our menu" for an online menu, "Leave us a review" for a review page, or "Book your next visit" for a booking page. Short wording engraves larger and is easier to read across a table.

Can I use it for Google reviews?
Yes. Search your business on Google, click "Get more reviews", copy the link and paste it in the Web link field. The Google Maps listing URL is not the same: the wrong link means the code will not open the review box. See our guide to getting more Google reviews.

Can one code open more than one link?
Each stand has one QR code. To send customers to several places, point the code at a Linktree-style page that lists them all. For a separate code per platform, see the social media QR code sign.

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
