An engraved oak wall plaque for memorial and commemorative verses — 198×195mm, laser-engraved on FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF with a traditional scroll border. Engrave an in-memoriam poem with a name and dates, a retirement or long-service dedication, a church, club or society commemoration, or the words read at a service. The text is engraved into the oak rather than printed, so it does not fade. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

1. Add your poem or words in the personalisation box — up to approximately 130–160 words
2. Add the dedication line — a name, dates or "In loving memory of" — on its own line and say where you want it
3. Add to basket

Frequently asked questions

Can the plaque include a name and dates as well as the verse?
Yes. Put the dedication on its own line in the personalisation box; it is engraved above or below the verse as you ask. A proof is available on request.

Can it be fixed outside on a bench or memorial garden?
No. Oak veneered MDF is for indoor use — a church, hall, clubhouse or home wall. We do not currently make an outdoor memorial plaque.

How is this different from the traditional border poem sign?
Same panel, border and price. The traditional border poem sign is listed for gift poems; this plaque is listed for memorial and commemorative verses with a dedication line.
