Frequently asked questions

Can I use it as a hotel or holiday-let room keyring?

Yes — type the property name and room number in the personalisation box, one line per room. For a larger fob that is harder to pocket by mistake, the 200 × 80mm hotel keyring takes a dragon graphic on request — say so in the personalisation box.

Is it made in Wales?

Yes — cut and engraved in our workshop in Buckley, Flintshire, from FSC-certified oak veneered MDF. Our guide to Welsh gifts made in North Wales lists the rest of the Welsh range.

Can the text be in Welsh?

Yes — type the exact wording you want, including accents, and it is engraved as written.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
