Wooden wedding gifts and favours have moved well past the novelty stage. Couples choose them because they photograph well, they last, and they are something guests actually keep. This guide covers what we make for weddings — from personalised clocks given as gifts for the couple, to oak coasters and keyrings used as guest favours — and how each product works in practice. Wedding clocks

Our wedding clocks are the most frequently gifted item we produce. They are cut from 4mm oak veneered MDF, laser-engraved with the couple's names, wedding date, and optionally a short line of text, and fitted with a silent quartz movement. The result is something that goes on a mantelpiece and stays there.

The most popular version is the Personalised Wooden Wall Clock — 30cm diameter, with space for names, date, and a message around the dial. We also make a branded clock with logo for corporate wedding gifts and a Gin O'Clock version for a lighter tone.

Wedding clocks are made to order. If you are buying as a guest rather than the couple themselves, adding a note at checkout with the names and date ensures the engraving is correct. Clocks are packaged carefully and we recommend ordering at least a week before the wedding date to allow for dispatch and delivery.

Wedding favours

The most common question we get about wedding favours is how to make them feel personal without ordering something different for every guest. The answer is usually a name — a keyring or coaster engraved with each guest's name doubles as a place setting and a keepsake in one, which removes the need for separate printed place cards.

Oak wedding coasters

The Wedding Day Oak Coasters are 100mm round coasters cut from 4mm oak veneered MDF, engraved with the couple's names and date on one side. These work well on tables at the reception and most guests take them home. They stack neatly and are robust enough for everyday use.

The Wedding Bamboo Coasters are the same format in FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256) — a good option where couples want to emphasise eco credentials in their wedding planning.

Wedding keyring favours

Keyrings work particularly well as favours because they are practical. The Personalised Oak Wood Wedding Keyring can be engraved with each guest's name, making it both a place setting and a take-home gift. We also offer a wedding key chain version in the same oak veneer.

Heart-shaped wedding favours

The Wooden Heart Shaped Wedding Favours are available in two sizes and can be personalised with guest names and the wedding date. These sit at the place setting rather than hanging from a key ring and suit more formal table settings.

Wedding favour discs

The Personalised Wedding Favour Disc in oak is a 43mm token engraved with names, date, and a heart motif. Small enough to sit in a favour bag or directly on a napkin, it is one of our most ordered wedding items for larger guest lists.

How bulk ordering works for weddings

Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout: 10% from 20 units, 15% from 50, 20% from 100, 25% from 250. For a wedding of 100 guests, the discount is significant. All personalisation is entered at checkout in the box provided — either a single message for all guests, or individual names listed in order.

For orders with individual names per item, list the names clearly in the personalisation box. We work through them in order and will contact you if anything is unclear before we start production.

Dispatch and delivery

All items are made to order. Dispatch time is shown at checkout. For wedding orders, we strongly recommend ordering at least two weeks before you need the items, especially for larger quantities. UK orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24. We also ship to USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Switzerland via Royal Mail International Tracked.
