A card payments only freestanding sign laser-engraved on FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF — a clean alternative to a printed sticker or laminated card on your till point. Supplied with a removable push-fit wooden base, it stands on any counter, market stall or reception desk without fixings. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.
Standard wording: Card Payments Only. Add your own wording in the personalisation box if you need something different.

Frequently asked questions
Can I change the wording?
Yes — add your preferred text in the personalisation box at checkout. Common alternatives include "Card and Contactless Only", "We Accept Card Payments Only", "No Cash Accepted" and "Contactless Payments Preferred."
Single or double sided — which should I choose?
Single sided is fine for most counter positions where customers approach from one direction. Double sided is useful on a market stall or island counter where customers can see both faces of the sign.
What is the difference between this and the Cashless Payments Only sign?
The wording. Card Payments Only emphasises card acceptance; Cashless Payments Only emphasises the absence of cash and adds "We Accept Card and Contactless". Both communicate the same policy in the same freestanding format.
Where should a card only sign go?
Where the customer reads it before ordering — the door, the table or the menu as well as the till. In hospitality the bill comes after the service, so a policy discovered at the card machine is an argument; see can a UK business refuse cash?
Do you do bulk orders?
Yes — bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units: 10% off at 20, 15% at 50, 20% at 100 and more at higher quantities.
Can I add a logo?
No — the wording is the whole design here. If you want your logo above a payment message, the custom business freestanding sign takes a logo upload and your own wording.

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
