Can I change the wording?

Yes — add your preferred text in the personalisation box at checkout. Common alternatives include "Card and Contactless Only", "We Accept Card Payments Only", "No Cash Accepted" and "Contactless Payments Preferred."

Single or double sided — which should I choose?

Single sided is fine for most counter positions where customers approach from one direction. Double sided is useful on a market stall or island counter where customers can see both faces of the sign.

What is the difference between this and the Cashless Payments Only sign?

The wording is the main difference. Card Payments Only emphasises card acceptance; Cashless Payments Only emphasises the absence of cash. Both communicate the same policy — choose whichever phrasing fits your business best. The Cashless sign also includes "We Accept Card and Contactless" as standard wording, which some businesses prefer for clarity.

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes — bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units: 10% off at 20, 15% at 50, 20% at 100 and more at higher quantities. Useful for café chains, market operators and multi-site retailers.

Can I add a logo?

Yes — we can engrave a black and white logo alongside the payment wording. Add your logo to the personalisation box or send your artwork after ordering. Black and white logos work best; colour logos can usually be converted.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
