How to order

  1. Choose your size, then single or double sided.
  2. Upload your logo with the logo button. Colour or black and white both work; I adapt it for engraving.
  3. No logo? Type your business name in the text box, exactly as you want it engraved, for example The Village Bakery.
  4. Add to basket. Bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units.

Frequently asked questions

What goes at the top of the sign?

Your logo, in place of the Cherry Grove Craft logo in the photos. If you don't have a logo, type your business name and I engrave it at the top in clear capitals. Please add one or the other.

Can I change the wording?

The wording is fixed, as shown in the photos. For a shorter message, the Cash Preferred Freestanding Sign simply says Cash Preferred Please.

Which size should I choose?

The Standard 74 × 112mm sits neatly by a till or card machine. The Large 115 × 168mm is easier to read from the queue, and suits a market stall or a busy counter. Choose double sided if the sign is seen from both sides.

Do you have a sign for card payments too?

Yes. The Please Pay Here Freestanding Sign marks the till, and the NFC Tap to Pay Sign takes contactless payments and tips when a phone is held to it.

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes. Bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units: 10% off at 20, 15% at 50, 20% at 100, and more at higher quantities. Ordering 20 or more? Message me before you order, so I can check your logo with you first.

Packaging

All orders are packed in paper-based packaging, including the paper tape used to seal each parcel. No plastic is used.

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
