An XL Cash Preferred freestanding oak sign — 164×235mm, single or double-sided, with a removable wooden base. A larger, more visible version for busy market stalls, food vendors and shops where the standard size might be missed. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

  2. Add to basket — the standard Cash Preferred wording is engraved as shown
  3. Add alternative wording in the personalisation box if needed

Which Cash Preferred format to choose

We engrave this wording in four formats. All are 4mm oak veneered MDF, laser engraved, for indoor use.

  • Counter, freestanding, larger — this sign. 164×235mm, single or double-sided on a removable push-fit base — the largest of the freestanding options.
  • Counter, freestanding, standard — the Cash Preferred counter sign at 74×112mm or 115×168mm, the same design in smaller sizes.
  • Wall or door, hanging — the Cash Preferred Please hanging sign, four sizes from 102×74mm to 270×190mm on a jute string loop.
  • Landscape, wall or counter — the A5 and A4 Cash Preferred sign at 210×148mm or 297×210mm, with an optional flat-pack stand.

If you no longer take cash at all, the Card Payments Only sign says so plainly instead.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

Your estimated dispatch and delivery date is shown at checkout, based on current production times.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
