Which Cash Preferred format to choose

We engrave this wording in four formats. All are FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF, laser engraved, for indoor use.

  • Landscape, wall or counter — this sign. A5 at 210×148mm or A4 at 297×210mm, the only landscape format we make and the only one with a stand you can add or leave off.
  • Counter, freestanding — the Cash Preferred counter sign at 74×112mm or 115×168mm, single or double-sided on a removable base.
  • Counter, freestanding, larger — the XL Cash Preferred sign at 164×235mm.
  • Wall or door, hanging — the Cash Preferred Please hanging sign, four sizes from 102×74mm to 270×190mm on a jute string loop, with custom wording available.

If you no longer take cash at all, the Card Payments Only sign and Cashless Payments Only sign say so plainly instead.

Can I change the wording?

Yes — add your wording in the personalisation box at checkout.

Can a business ask customers to pay cash?

Do you offer bulk pricing for several branches?

Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout: 10% from 20 units, 15% from 50, 20% from 100, 25% from 250.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
