Classic formats are 203×89mm or 210×89mm, compact formats 89×144mm and 89×137mm, and two formats fit large handles: 105×203mm with a 70mm hole and a 75×185mm open hook. Why engraved wood rather than printed card

Laser engraving cuts the wording into the surface of the wood. There is no ink to fade, no laminate to peel and no edge to curl, so a hanger handled every day for years still reads cleanly. Which size and hole do I need?

The 51mm hole fits standard UK round knobs and the lever of most internal doors. Period buildings, country house hotels and properties with heavy commercial lever handles often need the 70mm wide hanger or the open-hook hanger, which hooks over the handle from the side rather than dropping over it. Measure the widest part of the handle before ordering for a whole property, and order one hanger first if you are unsure.

Oak or bamboo?

FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF engraves with a consistent dark contrast and is the lower-priced option — the choice for most properties. FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate BV-COC-190523) is paler with natural grain variation, and is available in 3mm and in a 5mm premium range that resists splitting under heavy daily handling. Adding your logo and property name

Every hanger in the hotel range has a logo upload button on the product page. Upload a PNG or JPG in colour or black and white, we will convert it. If there is a problem, we will get in touch. Ordering for a property

Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout, with no code, and count units of the same product: 20 units 10%, 50 units 15%, 100 units 20%, 250 units 25%, 500 units 30%, 1,000 units 35%. A 20-room guest house reaches the first tier with one hanger per room; a 50-room hotel ordering one per room is at 15% off. Spares ordered later match the originals exactly, because every hanger is cut from the same file. The hangers, signs and keyrings are wood with metal fittings only — no plastic — and orders are dispatched in a card envelope or corrugated box with paper tape and paper void fill, with no plastic packaging.

For hotels working towards Green Key or Green Tourism, the FSC certification is the relevant fact: FSC is a recognised eco-label, and the hotel certification schemes ask for exactly this kind of purchase. Green Key's 2022–2025 hotel criteria include an imperative supplier-engagement criterion (13.4), a guideline that at least five purchased products arrive without plastic packaging (6.18) and a guideline for eco-labelled materials in refurbishments (9.5); the 2026–2031 criteria add an imperative written Sustainable Procurement Policy. Green Tourism scores sustainable procurement, and GSTC criterion D1.1 asks that purchasing policies favour environmentally sustainable suppliers and products.
